Momentum Metropolitan Namibia has appointed Evangelina Nailenge as executive: retail distribution, effective March 2026. In this role, Nailenge will be responsible for developing and executing distribution strategies that place clients at the centre, ensuring more Namibians have access to the right financial solutions through a high-performing, client-focused advisers and brokers networks. This aims to drive tangible improvements in client experience and positive financial outcomes for clients across Namibia.
Nailenge is a seasoned executive with over twenty years varied experience in the financial sector, including more than a decade in executive leadership roles. She previously served as Managing Director of Momentum Investments Namibia, covering asset management, wealth and collective investments schemes, where she successfully implemented a turnaround strategy that led to significant growth in both assets under management and administration, whilst improving client outcomes, client retention and business profitability.
Over the years, Nailenge has provided strategic and governance oversight as a non-executive director on both public sector and private sector boards, reflecting her strong expertise in governance, strategy and stakeholder management. She holds a master’s degree in commerce and honours degree in commerce, both with specialisation in Money & Banking. She also has an undergraduate Degree in Economics.
