The Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts, and Culture, Sanet Steenkamp paid a courtesy visit to the King of Ondonga at Onambango Palace this morning before proceeding to lay a wreath at the grave (Ompampa) of Omukwaniilwa Kambonde kaMpingana.
