She obtained a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) from the University of Namibia/Institute of Social Studies, The Netherlands (ISS). She also holds a Higher Education Diploma from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa, and a BA degree from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa.
Career
Holder of the Excellent Order of the Eagle: Second Class by President Hifikepunye Pohamba; former Permanent Secretary, at the then Ministry of Regional and Local Government, Housing and Rural Development; and as former permanent secretary at the then Ministry of Women Affairs and Child Welfare.
She also served as a former regional education officer (deputy director level) at the Rundu Regional Office of the Ministry of Basic Education and Culture. She is also a former Head of Department (HOD) at Kandjimi Murangi Secondary School.
