EENHANA – The Zambian renowned artist, Bruce Simbwalanga, better known in music circles and on stage as B 1, tomorrow shares the stage with Katima Mulilo local artists in the Ngweze Community Hall to celebrate this year’s festive season in style.
The local artists billed to curtain raise for B 1 are Flavour Shediva, Belle Markasoh and Milly Baby. The much awaited show has been organised by Zambezi Intwiza Entertainment and Promotions. Manager Sylvester Simubali says all is set for the B 1 show urging people from the Zambezi region to grace one of the best shows for 2014. Simubali adds that fans should definitely look forward to dancing to the hit album’s songs such as Perfecto, Chikondi and the latest and fourth album titled Katundu ya Bene.
“Zambia B 1 is coming with a mission. The song Pillow with the ear catching lyrics “Sindifuna kukumbatila pillow, ndifuna kukumbatila madam wanga azindimvesa good……..literally meaning “l don’t want to hold the pillow the whole night rather would need to hold my wife for me to feel good……..” Fans will enjoy the song. Katima Mulilo fans should also look forward to dancing to Chinsala, Secret ku Bed and many other hits from the Zambian star,” Simubali entices. B1 is currently the talk of the town in Katima Mulilo where he has built up a huge following. He has four albums under his belt. He first made his breakthrough in 2008 with his hit Chipute. His second album Pillow, followed by Perfecto and now Katundu ya Bene, which is selling like hot cakes in the Zambezi bream town, Katima Mulilo.
Simubali says what makes B 1 show different from any other show is that fans should expect the Ngweze Community Hall to be turn into a paradise with smoke and bubbles. B 1 says he has been singing all his life and explains his songs are inspired by true life events. He also adds that his main mission is to make his fans happy and Namibians are in for a big treat.
Damage is N $ 50 and there is tight security. The doors will open at seven O’clock (19H00) and revellers should come in time as security will lock the gates once the hall is full to capacity.
