Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC) has opened a new shop at Okahandja to serve the clientele of the beautiful garden town. The shop is the 31st in the country and would provide an assortment of services that include contract applications, account payments, tango SIM starter packs, recharge vouchers, cellphones as well as email, MMS, GPRS and 4G connections. It is situated in the newly constructed Okahandja Shopping Centre and would operate weekly from 08:00 until 17:00, except on Fridays when it would open from 09:00 and Saturday’s when it would close at 13:00. “We remain focused on our customer philosophy and promise to make sure that we provide quality telecommunication services to all our customers, wherever there are, through continuous and innovative thinking underpin by excellent service – and the commissioning of the Okahandja mobile home is a testimony to that objective” enthused Tim Ekandjo, the Chief Human Capital and Corporate Affairs Officer at MTC. Besides its own network of Mobile Homes, MTC also relies on around 60 main dealers and over three- thousand small retailers who sell a diverse variety of MTC related services to a customer base of 2 million from their business outlets – thus providing an unmatched footprint of MTC services country wide.
