The College of the Art’s African Dance Department will be presenting Face On, Face Off as part of their annual dance show next Thursday and Friday, it was announced in a press release. Face On, Face Off portrays the different types of abuse found in our society. As usual, the dance students from the college will be showing off their skills through outstanding dance styles under the choreography of Angelica Schroeder, Flavian Rhohe (student) and Germaine Acogny from Senegal. This dance production is a platform for the current dance students to showcase their skills and talent accomplished so far. The production will be accompanied by live music from passionate violinist Faustinus Nwstishu, the National Youth Choir of the College of the Arts under the leadership of the great conductor Fanie Darbling, and Emmanuel Karumazondo (drums). Face On, Face Off was made possible through the generous support of the Franco Namibia Cultural Centre (FNCC) and Global Textiles factory.
