WINDHOEK – The fourth and final two-day Bank Windhoek LC Gala will be held at the Olympia swimming pool, south of Windhoek tomorrow with a total of 85 swimmers having entered for tomorrow’s leg and 79 for the Saturday morning leg.
This will be the last opportunity for swimmers to qualify for the Level 1 age group meeting in South Africa.
Swimmers have entered for a total of 550 splashes, to make sure they are on par for upcoming events in South Africa.
Top senior swimmer and record holder, Daniela Lindemeier, and top junior swimmers Nicolai Flemming, Lushano Lamprecht, Antonia Roth and Alexander Skinner will all be in action.
Young swimmers such as Heleni Stergiadis, Corne le Roux, Krynauw Weber and Rene Viljoen will also participate in this prestigious gala in preparation for the Level 1 and 2 in South Africa, where the quartet is expect to do exceptionally well.
