WINDHOEK –Legal Shield has given bursaries to four law students currently studying at the University of Namibia. The students are Ndamonao Iilovu, Natasha Ndilula, Helvi Hilifilwa and Johannes Kariseb.
Each student received N$20 000 for their tuition, from Trustco Insurance Ltd, that owns Legal Shield legal insurance products.
“Trustco Insurance is continuing its commitment to assist law students through its bursary scheme from which a total of 27 law students have benefitted thus far,” the company said in a statement. Trustco Insurance has undertaken to employ the bursary recipients once they graduate, during which time they will gain valuable and diverse experience in all fields of the law, preparing them for successful legal careers.
