Nearly a year after a botched Birmingham trip by around 200 Namibians, the British government yesterday decided to revoke its visa-free entry for Namibia, citing the gesture’s abuse. 

After spending N$189 million on its construction, a further N$51 million is needed to revive the Zambezi Waterfront Tourism Park, which has not been operational for nearly seven years.

The Meat Corporation of Namibia allegedly terminated its contract with British marketing firm, GPS Food Group UK Ltd, citing financial constraints but without providing evidence to backbone this claim.
