Karasburg resident guilty of murder

WINDHOEK - A resident of Karasburg who had the body of his victim washed and clothed and put her in their bed after he realised she died as a result of a beating he subjected her to was convicted of murder with direct intent yesterday by Windhoek High Court Judge Nate Ndauendapo.

Alleged serial rapist to testify today 

WINDHOEK - A Mariental resident who admitted that he killed 16-year old Estonovia Games near a cemetery at Mariental between October 19 and 21, 2016 before Windhoek High Court Judge Dinnah Usiku at the High Court situated at the Windhoek Correctional Facility last year is expected to testify in own defense today after the state closed its case yesterday.

Mpora clinic taps dry since November

MPORA – The Mpora Primary Health Care Clinic that caters to a large number of patients in Kavango West has been without running water since beginning of November last year, posing a health hazard not only to the staff but to patients as well.
The staff and patients currently use nearby bushes to relieve themselves.
