Last week I gave credit to radio in Namibia for bringing sustainable initiatives to the listener. It’s almost festive season and I think I should continue with the good vibes. This week I almost felt compelled to highlight an incredibly key stakeholder to the entertainment industry…advertising agencies! 

Fashion shows have always held their audience captivated, as leggy models strut their stuff on the catwalk wearing designer clothes and amazing outfits that inspires you to shake up your closet and trends.

The 22-year-old ambitious and dedicated model, Joanne Stephanie Leonie /Nanus, says her first international pageant in China will remain a beautiful lifetime experience for her.

Film director and scriptwriter, Leon Mubiana, will be screening six of his short films publicly next Friday at the Franco Namibian Cultural Centre (FNCC).

This week New Era’s Senior Business Reporter, Edgar Brandt (EB), interviewed the Business Development Manager of Finnish energy firm, Wärtsilä, Mark Zoeters (MZ) who formed part of a Finnish business delegation that recently visited Namibia for a business seminar themed ‘Finland World Ideas’. The seminar was organised by the Finnish embassy.
