African Vocals supported by Elemotho to fundraise

WINDHOEK  - African Vocals, an Acappella band from Mondesa, Swakopmund, will be fundraising in the Namib Primary School hall in Swakopmund, on September, supported by Elemotho. Funds shall be raised for the third Germany tour the group is planning for May 2019, after tours to Germany in 2014 and 2017. Tickets are for N$80 and will be available from August 6. SADC winning on social and human development fronts

WINDHOEK - Director of Social and Human Development at the SADC Secretariat Duduzile Simelane said the region has successfully reached a milestone of implementing the HIV/AIDS cross border initiative where health services were provided to mobile populations including sex workers at the border posts.

Pockets of food insecurity exist in SADC

WINDHOEK - The Director of Food, Agriculture and Natural Resources at the SADC Secretariat Domingos Gove said the food security situation in the region is good, but situations of food insecurity may occur in more vulnerable communities such as DRC, Lesotho, south Malawi, south and central Mozambique, Namibia, south Zambia and Zimbabwe.

SADC must ensure justice for people with albinism
