NSFAF re-integration drive reaches extensive consultations

WINDHOEK - The Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF) board of directors that has been tasked to oversee the process of re-integrating the fund back into the ministry of higher education is expected to soon provide a report after consultations with key stakeholders on the progress are made.

Twelve people die in road accidents

OTJIWARONGO – Twelve people died in three separate road accidents on Friday and Saturday, with one killing eight people north of Otjiwarongo. The other two accidents on Saturday, which occurred in Erongo Region, claimed four lives.

SADC condemns loss of lives in Zimbabwe elections

WINDHOEK - The SADC Organ on Politics, Defence and Security Cooperation has condemned the killing of six people in Harare, Zimbabwe, as soldiers and police fought running battles with hundreds of opposition supporters disputing victory of the ruling ZANU PF party and its presidential candidate Emmerson Mnangagwa.
