Namibia’s internationally acclaimed cyclist Dan Craven has called on fellow athletes to refocus their training methods as they await on the Covid-19 pandemic to subside.

Growing up in the small town of Okakarara in the Otjozondjupa region in the southwestern African country of Namibia, football sensation Veweziwa Kotjipati never dreamt she will one day play professional football in Germany.

RUNDU – As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to take a toll on Namibians, especially on athletes, Rundu-based sport club Cuca Tops yesterday responded in timely fashion with a donation of food parcels to its players.
