Councillor Rachel Jacobs of the John Alfons Pandeni Constituency in Windhoek on Monday received 40 blankets valued at N$40 000 from David Namalenga, the managing director of Dinapama one of the biggest emerging textile garment manufacturing and supply companies in the country. The blankets will be distributed among the elderly people in the constituency to protect them against the cold days ahead.
