The Dogg headlines Independence Bash

Home Time Out The Dogg headlines Independence Bash

WINDHOEK– The Dogg, Oteya, Freeda, Mr Makoya are some of the local musical households names headlining the 25th Independence Music Bash scheduled for the Sam Nujoma Stadium in Katutura tonight.

The bash is one of many celebrations and is a celebration of Namibian music and will be free for all. It will feature many Namibian artists from different backgrounds as a way of showcasing the cultural diversity within Namibia. Gates open at 16H00 with tight security as the Namibian Police, City Police and a private security company will be on guard throughout the whole event.

None other than two of the local foremost masters of ceremonies are steering the bash, namely Mc Webster of the Namibian Broadcsating Corporation (NBC)’s popular music programme, Whatagon fame, and Mc Ruby. This surely promises an event not to miss and no better way to celebrate Independence Day eve then being at the Sam Nujoma Stadium.
