WINDHOEK – The vehicle of Jerry Ekandjo, Minister of Youth, National Service, Sport and Culture, was involved in an accident on Wednesday afternoon 30 kilometres from Okahandja on the way to Hochveld, New Era has learnt.

Sergeant Slogan Matheus from the Namibian Police public relations department informed New Era of the accident on Wednesday.
The vehicle is a government bakkie.

Ekandjo was not in the vehicle at the time though there were three occupants, a police officer and his assistant and a cattle herder.
