Elisenheim gets environmental clearance for phase 4

Elisenheim Property Development Company Limited (EPDC), an investee company of Trustco Group Holdings Limited, has received the renewal of its Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) to continue the development of the Elisenheim Lifestyle Estate.

This is the fourth time the project has received environmental approval.

The renewed certificate allows EPDC to move forward with Phase 4 of the development.

The new phase will add about 290 residential erven to the estate.

Phase 4 is part of a long-term plan to turn Elisenheim into a fully integrated lifestyle community on the outskirts of Windhoek.

Since the acquisition of Farm Elisenheim in 2014, the area has changed from open farmland into one of Namibia’s well-known residential estates.

The development now includes established neighbourhoods, recreational facilities and other community infrastructure.

The estate continues to attract homeowners, families and investors who are looking for secure living close to nature in the capital.

Le-Hugo van Rooyen, CEO of APxHouse Property Development Holdings, said Elisenheim has become a model for lifestyle estate development in Namibia.

“Each phase builds on the previous one. Phase 4 will be no different. It shows our confidence in the long-term strength of Windhoek’s residential property market and our commitment to maintaining high standards,” he said. -newsroom@nepc.com.na
