Another rape case was reported at Okahao in the Omusati region when a five-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her cousin (age not known). The suspect is still at large, and police investigations continue.

Also in the Omusati Region, at Nakayale village, the body of a newborn baby was found floating in a canal. No arrest has been made in this regard, but police investigations continue.
