Floritha has once again crowned the of Best RnB singer at the Namibia Annual Music Awards (Namas) hosted in Swakopmund early this month after coveting the same award last year.Floritha says this year’s winning song Don’t Judge talks about how quick human beings judge one another. In the song, she sang about various scenarios, including one of an HIV infected man who is being stigmatised based on his status, which Floritha states should be helped and guided, instead of being pushed away. She says she will invest her winnings on her music career and use it to plough back into her community.
However, Floritha adds that her second album similarly titled Don’t Judge is an inspirational album encouraging women empowerment and helping young women to stand up and fight for themselves, not in the physical sense of the word, but rather to empower themselves.
