FNB shows its appreciation

Home Kavango West FNB shows its appreciation

By John Muyamba

RUNDU  – First National Bank last week donated goods worth N$25 000 to the regional police commanders for Kavango West and Kavango East.

The donations, which included two HP laptops and two digital cameras were handed to regional commanders Commissioner Olavi Auanga of Kavango West and Commissioner Johanna Ngondo of Kavango East on Friday.

The donations are a token of appreciation for the hard work shown by the police in recovering N$1,05 million of the N$1,08 million stolen by security guards who were in charge of distributing cash to ATMs in Rundu in April this year.

The two commissioners expressed their happiness that the business community recognised their efforts.

“We really value your appreciation. We see this as encouragement,” said  Auanga.

The laptops and cameras will be used by the two police commissioners.
