Just as the Namibian football fraternity was trying to come to terms with the sad passing of former Brave Warriors and Civics utility defender Franklin April, another tragedy has struck the football family.

The country was left reeling in further shock when the sad news broke that one of the finest footballers to have emerged from our shores has exited the game of life.

Former Robber Chanties and Battle Boys midfield-cum-striker Paul //Haosemab died in the Cottage Hospital in Swakopmund yesterday after a long illness. His twin brother, the equally dangerous Peter, revealed the sad news to New Era Sport.

Our thoughts are with the //Haosemab family. The deadly //Haosemab twins were hailed as the finest pair to have ever played football in our neck of the woods up to the modern day. May his soul rest in peace.
