WINDHOEK

Namibian troubadour Elemotho and his longtime collaborator Samuel Batola are back in town at the Warehouse Theatre presenting homegrown talents in an acoustic show with an Afrocentric touch tomorrow night.

The duo are from a two-and-a half months in Germany where they took their show, themed “The Afro acoustic Experience” from Berlin to Frankfurt when music, storytelling and poetry fused for a production embodying a larger than life picture of the human experience. With a foot in his roots and another in Hollywood, the new sound of the Kalahari is the soundtrack of 2016.

Elemotho and crew promises a night of warmth, love and new songs for this cold winter. More surprises typical of an Elemotho performance awaits fans and revelers with an opportunity to experience magic on stage and be part of the Afroacoustic experience…
Newcomer Jeff A.D. is going to be the opening act with a couple of heartfelt solo guitar tunes, definitely a name to look out for in the future. Advance tickets go for N$80 and are available at www.eventstoday.com.na or Biltong Shop Maerua Mall. At the door it is N$ 100. The show starts at 20h00.
