The seventh round of the Bank Windhoek Namibia National Enduro Series will take place at the Galina MX Track on Saturday, 21 September, and organisers have been hard at work making and marking the new track, as it has been a number of years since an event has been held at this venue.

The organisers promise that this track will have a bit of everything to challenge the riders.  A good mix of twisty sand sections and one or two mountain climbs will provide for some action.

For the spectators, there will be an opportunity to watch Quadbikes and Motorbikes revving it up on the MX track.  All the riders in each class will line up for a racing start at the starting line and will do two laps on the Enduro Cross Track. After completing the two laps, the riders will leave the Enduro Cross Track and continue to complete the rest of the race track.

With the season in its second last event for the series, the championship race is heating up for the series podium places. Riders need to remain consistent as seven of the eight races in the series count towards the championship, the worst result will be the throw away, but the risk of a Did Not Finish (DNF), is always there as the series and terrain takes its toll on the riders and their machines.

The Event will be held at Galina MX Track.  From Windhoek 20km on the B1 north towards Okahandja, turn right at the Waldschmidt Eggs sign and follow the road to the Galina MX track. The event is sponsored by Bank Windhoek, Pupkewitz Honda, Steel Force and Waldschmidt Eggs.
