Health for All Fun Run this Saturday

Health for All Fun Run this Saturday

A fun run/walk organised by social media influencer and nurse Mathew Shembonde aims to give back to the community by donating all the proceeds to Ebenezer Soup Kitchen in Windhoek’s Havana settlement. The run will start at Daan Viljoen roadblock in Windhoek this Saturday at 06h00. Shembonde told New Era Online that the Health for All Fun Run is a community-driven initiative to promote health and wellness among healthcare professionals and the general public. Established with a vision to support physical activity and raise awareness about the importance of maintaining good health, especially for those tasked with caring for others, the initiative also seeks to contribute to charitable causes.
