Kavishe is FNB’s marketing research manager

Daniel Kavishe recently joined the marketing team at FNB Namibia as the new marketing research manager.
He will be responsible for supplying the strategic marketing department with timely research regarding developments within the banking environment.

“The information will range from banking specific data to general economic news. I will be tasked in maintaining and running several indices that have been developed within the bank (housing and tourism indices) while ensuring that the products the bank offers remain competitive and relevant in the market,” said Kavishe.

Kavishe holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) degree and his areas of interest and research are behavioural and experimental economics with its applications in financial markets and consumer behaviour.

“FNB offers a good platform for any young achiever to grow and learn within the financial sector. Through its several branches across Africa, an eager mind is never short of mentorship. The bank’s personnel stem from various walks of life providing a culturally rich and diverse environment from which one can operate. I therefore look forward to immersing myself in a new a culture that is distinguished within the market,” added Kavishe.
