Home National MP Ndapewa Nambili has died

No more … The Otavi Constituency Councillor and Member of Parliament, Ndapewa Nambili, has died. The 44-year-old Nambili passed away in the Roman Catholic Hospital in the capital on Saturday morning. Otjozondjupa Regional Governor, Otto Ipinge, announced Nambili’s death at a Swapo Party rally on Saturday. Ipinge told Nampa upon enquiry the same day that Nambili had been admitted to the same hospital about a month ago. Nambili was elected as Otavi councillor in 2010, and had represented the Otjozondjupa Region in the National Council. She also served as Otavi mayor and Swapo district coordinator in Otavi before her election to the regional council.  Funeral arrangements will be announced in due course.
