REHOBOTH – The Annelie Olivier Old Age Home in Rehoboth became the chief beneficiary of much needed assistance from the Neo Paints Reho Falcon Rugby Club at the town recently.
The assistance came in the shape of renovations to the old age home, including a new coat of paint. The initiative forms part of the Falcon’s strategy of ploughing back into the community by contributing to the development of disciplined and responsible members of society of which the club is an integral part. The renovations were carried out by the players themselves and were completed in good spirit.
The team’s management thanked their primary sponsor Neo Paints Namibia for supporting the initiative by supplying the paint and also applauded Namibia Beverages and Dolphin Fish & Chips for their valuable contributions.
The day ended with the club serving a light meal to the residents of the old age home, which was also prepared by the players, who supplied all the ingredients as Neo Paints Reho Falcon Rugby Club remains committed to making a positive impact in the community.
