Nghishekwa scoops Africa CEOs Award

Founder of TST Marketing Agency, Naftal Nghishekwa, has been recognised among Africa’s leading young innovators as one of the recipients of the Africa’s Under 40 CEOs Awards.

The award event, which took place in Johannesburg, South Africa, honoured those under 40 who are spearheading social impact, leadership, and innovation throughout the continent.

The Africa’s Under 40 CEOs Awards are a continental initiative that highlights young entrepreneurs and changemakers who have excelled in their various industries. They are hosted by the Mayorkings Charity Foundation.

“Being awarded as Africa’s Under 40 CEO’s and receiving the iconic award at the prestigious Africa Under 40 CEOs 2025 awards/summit in South Africa is a deeply humbling recognition of the vision, resilience, and passion that have shaped my entrepreneurial journey,” he said.

Mayorkings Charity Foundation is a non-profit organisation committed to supporting education, healthcare, and economic empowerment initiatives across Africa.

He said it’s not only a personal honour but also a reflection of the growth and excellence we’re championing at TST Marketing Agency, here in Namibia and beyond.

“TST Marketing is an integrated events, communications, and marketing solutions agency that tells the stories of our clients, driven by metrics and data,” he said.

Nghishekwa’s journey started with a bold idea: to build an agency that doesn’t just market brands but creates real, measurable impact.

This award serves as fuel to keep pushing boundaries, mentoring young professionals, and proving that Namibian businesses can compete and win on regional and global stages, he added.

TST Marketing is a full-service professional event planning company that specialises in corporate events, dinner galas, fundraisers, long service awards, grand openings, conferences, and private events.

The Africa’s Under 40 CEOs Awards are a component of the Mayorkings Charity Foundation’s larger mission to encourage African greatness and motivate young people on the continent to take on leadership roles.

The organisers claim that nominees go through a stringent screening procedure that evaluates their leadership, impact, creativity, and consistency. The final honourees are people whose contributions to the story of Africa’s progress are noteworthy.

“As the founder and CEO of TST Marketing Agency, I have been committed to reshaping the marketing landscape through creativity, data-driven strategies, and a people-first approach.

Over the years, we’ve grown from a local startup into a dynamic force known for innovative campaigns, community engagement, and youth empowerment,” stated the CEO.

The Mayorkings Charity Foundation continues to honour young African leaders who are not only achieving professional success but also have a strong commitment to their nations’ development through its programs and awards. The mission of the foundation is in line with the larger objectives of promoting cooperation, solidarity, and long-term development throughout Africa.

Nghishekwa has acknowledged that the marketing industry in Namibia is experiencing steady growth that is primarily driven by the rising demand for digital marketing services where business owners are also into brand development and building and advertising across all sectors.” despite the lack of precise market size data TST marketing agency holds a notable position within this dynamic market serving businesses of all skills across Namibia which makes us position ourselves for expansion and innovation with the marketing environment,” he said.
