NIPAM appoints Murangi as executive director

The Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (Nipam) has announced the appointment of Heroldt Murangi as its executive director for the next three years, with effect from 1 January 2025.

A media statement from Nipam on Monday indicated that Murangi’s vast experience in education management will align with the company’s strategic goals.

“Murangi’s journey showcased his ability to drive innovation, foster partnerships, and enhance institutional performance that will take Nipam to new heights. He has over 36 years of working experience, which is marked by significant leadership roles and a deep commitment to education and training,” it read.

The statement added that under Murangi’s leadership, Nipam aims to enhance strategic partnerships with local and international stakeholders and strengthen its training and capacity-building initiatives for public sector employees.

“Drive excellence in service delivery, ensuring Nipam remains a trusted partner for public administration and management training, together, we will advance Nipam’s vision of becoming a centre of excellence for public administration and management in Namibia,” it reads. -Nampa
