The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the Kunene Region in the Ministry of Health and Social Services, Dr Ebong Okpabio, says due to the vast nature of the region, many people still travel over 100 km to get to the nearest health facility.
This has resulted in the Ministry of Health and Social Services approving five more clinics to be constructed should resources be available.
