WINDHOEK

The CEO of the Development Bank of Namibia will tomorrow officially open the 5th International Conference on Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Polytechnic of Namibia.

The two-day conference is being presented by the Polytechnic of Namibia in conjunction with the universities of Tshwane, Botswana and Mozambique under the theme, “Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies”.

The conference will be officially opened by David Nuyoma, CEO of the Development Bank of Namibia, at 09h00 in Auditorium 1 on the campus.

According to a press statement, the conference will provide a forum for the dissemination of research findings associated with entrepreneurship and innovation in emerging economies as it impacts on economic growth and development.

“Academics, practitioners, researchers, students and other business stakeholders will attend the conference and will bring together an international, interdisciplinary audience to share their knowledge and experience,” said the PRO of the Polytechnic of Namibia, Riko Lubansa.
