Moses to launch three books

Renowned author Ndinelao Moses is set to captivate readers with the release of her highly anticipated trilogy at the National Library of Namibia today. This will be the official introduction of Moses’ three books: ‘Masked Warrior: All at Once’ and ‘Don’t Write Me Off Just yet’ parts 1 and 2.

The target audience of this books will be people over the age of 16.

“By reading this books, they will find encouragement about life, find hope, healing and a sense of belonging,” she said.

Moses, who is an electrical power engineer by profession, said the book teaches everyone that, as long as they live, they will be subjected to all sorts of hatred. “No one is immune to the evilness of the world. However, it is up to people to decide how we respond to what life throws at everyone.”

She explained that ‘Don’t Write Me Off Just Yet’ is a fiction novel inspired by true events. “It is a novel which tells a story about Mercilia Davids, well known as Mercy as she navigates through the ups and downs of life, which include drugs. Mercy grew up under the care of her grandmother Sarah who she regarded as her hero. Mercy encountered soul-wrecking events, which got the entire world to question her friends and family’s loyalty towards her. Like any other person, Mercy’s personality influenced the decisions she made in life as well as her relationship with people around her. The question everyone is asking is, does mercy needs to unveil secrets from her past to define her destiny?”

“Until you take a pen and a paper, you will always be a dreamer, quit dreaming and turn your dreams into reality. You are capable, do not listen to people discouraging you, sometimes insecurities lead to people behaving in such manners and you can’t be defeated by that,” she said.

Moses dabbles as a mathematics tutor and said it took her roughly a year to finish writing her books. She does not have a defined pattern, but writing using her phone was much easier than a laptop because she would write anywhere and anytime.
