Puma and OK Foods team up for customer convenience

Puma Energy Namibia has embarked on a journey of creating a network of best in class convenience retail outlets country-wide, offering a “One Stop Shop” with convenience store offers supported by a customer, dealer and Puma profitability value proposition. The latest of the retail outlets is the OK Express outlet which was launched this week at the Puma service station in Windhoek’s Nelson Mandela Avenue.

Previously many of Puma Namibia’s retail sites offered convenience stores under the Super 7 or Shop Express brands. However, Puma has now collaborated with the OK Franchise Division, which is a well-established brand, to address customer needs. This initiative provides access to an attractive, efficient and well-structured franchise model that differentiates Puma Energy from other competitors, enhancing customer and dealer value.

Puma’s vision is to become the preferred convenience store in every community where it operates, consistently offering great refreshments, convenience foods and other goods and services; adapted to local daily life, with a refreshing style in a safe and friendly way.

The new retail outlet is situated on the corner of Bowker Street and Nelson Mandela Avenue, in Klein Windhoek. Also available at the service station is Puma’s new range of lubricants consisting of three dual engine options to suit and support all engines. In terms of lubricants customers can choose from HD Extra, HD SUPER and GT PLUS.
