Star of the Week: Christian Shlaga

Home National Star of the Week: Christian Shlaga

Our Star of the Week is the German ambassador to Namibia, Christian Shlaga whose embassy on Wednesday signed a funding agreement on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany that will see the public interest law firm the Legal Assistance Centre (LAC) receiving N$683 000 towards the LAC’s project, “Sharing Information on Women’ and Children’s Rights.” The agreement was signed by German Ambassador to Namibia, Christian Schlaga and the Director of the Legal Assistance Centre, Toni Hancox in Windhoek. In the photo is the LAC director, Toni Hancox and the German ambassador, Christian Schlaga. We believe this agreement will go a long way to disseminate information on women and children’s rights in Namibia.
