A group of 39 new recruits recently joined Standard Bank. In this photo they are accompanied by Head of Human Capital Isdor Angula (far left) and Learning and Development Officer Elliot Musaso (far right). The group was recently welcomed to the bank after undergoing a two-day orientation session. Besides presentations by various senior managers, the group also met with the Chief Executive of Standard Bank Vetumbuavi Mungunda and Head of Human Capital Isdor Angula. During the two-day session the new recruits were provided with a holistic overview of the bank’s over 100 years history, its processes, culture, structures and systems of the Standard Bank Group.
