Commendable… As part of their fiduciary duty, the Board of Directors of New Era Publication Corporation yesterday submitted their three-year progress report to Minister of Information and Communication Technology Peya Mushelenga (centre). The report, presented by board chairperson John Sifani (second from right), highlighted the corporation’s achievements and challenges over the past three years. Mushelenga commended the board for the update, and said many who are appointed to represent the shareholders forget their direct obligations and behave as if they are answerable to themselves.
