WINDHOEK– South African media personality, model and businessperson, Bonang Matheba, is the first act to feature on Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC)s first inspirational talk show with an eye-catching title ‘Master of Success’ tonight at the National Theatre of Namibia (NTN).
MTC launched the new television programme recently which will focus on individuals who conquered the impossible to become the masters of their own success stories featuring inspirational personalities from around the world.
Matheba is one of South Africa’s number one social media queens, a fashion icon, and entrepreneur. She co-presents the popular music show – LIVE on SABC 1, shared the stage with well-respected international and local performers as an emcee, hosting events such as the G-Unit Concert with 50 Cent and a campaign with the Kardashian sisters. She joined Halle Berry, Olivia Wilde and Emma Stone as a brand ambassador for Revlon International.
Matheba has been dubbed the “IT” girl of South Africa by celebrities and fans because of her extraordinary sense of style which earned her an SA Style award and an AG Sport style award. She has graced the covers of national and International magazines including Elle, Grazia, FHM, Cosmopolitan South Africa, and Cleo. She also launched her “Just B” clothing line with South African clothing retailer “Legit” in 2008; in 2009 she added a handbag range called “Baby Star” and has since topped it with a lingerie collection with Woolworths in January 2014.
The host of the show will be no other than, radio presenter and last year’s Namibia Annual Music Awards (NAMAs) awards ceremony MC, Josy Nghipandua. The tickets which are collected for free at the NTN box office are all sold out but Matheba’s fans can set their times as it will be broadcast on NBC TV the first Sunday after the event at 20h30. This will be a monthly event until November.
