WINDHOEK-Eugenio Ndamenaposhi, popularly known as Sedjo is back with a bang.
The young and talented Kwaito and RnB artist has not only returned with new songs but with a brand new image and a solo career. Sedjo started his music as a backup singer for Young Kasi and decided to go solo earlier this year to start his own production, Pactos Music Production (PMP). The 18-year- old young star was born in Windhoek and he has been pushing to make a name for himself on the music scene. ‘’I am doing music for the people because I have the love and passion for music. I am a dreamer, days and nights, dreaming of taking the Namibian music industry to the next level. I am inspired by Namibian top Kwaito act, Exit, and I always looked up to him as my role model. He is my motivator and inspiration,” says Sedjo.
At the beginning of this month, Sedijo impressed with a massive performance at Miss and Mr University of Namibia (Unam) Ogongo Campus. “Upon me leaving Young Kasi, I didn’t have any problem or any hidden agenda with a group Young Kasi but I just wanted to do things on my own and start a new beginning. I learned a lot from Young Kasi and I have insufficient words to thank them all,” he says.
Sedjo is working on his upcoming song which he says it will be a hit, to be titled Pokatiketu, expected to be released early next month.
