Voting has significantly slowed down at Swakopmund and Walvis Bay. Officials at the St. Peters Chatholic church in Narraville, the Walvis Bay town hall, as well as the Kuisebmond community hall told New Era that voter turnout is very slow. No voters were in sight when our journalist arrived at these polling stations.
