WINDHOEK –Namibian flyweight boxer Joseph ‘Smokey’ Hilongwa has promised to double up his speed, power and aggression when he squares off against Argentinean opponent Raul Eliseo Medina in their international bantamweight 12-rounder at the Windhoek Country Club tomorrow.

Hilongwa, who currently holds the World Boxing Federation (WBF) Inter-Continental Super Flyweight title and the World Boxing Association (WBA) Pan African Super Flyweight title, says fighting in the bantamweight division won’t affect his performance, He insisted he would be effective in all departments.
