Our Star of the Week goes to the Dolce & Kapana business venture initiated by local businessmen, Hanso Diehl and Nabil Robiati. They get our weekly award for their innovativeness, creativity and resilience in starting a Kapana business that seeks to expand and seek new markets for the traditional Namibian cuisine of roasted beef. The innovative idea recently caused a furore on social media with some objecting to the fact that white people benefit from traditionally black cuisine but the duo has shown courage and commitment in the believe of their business idea.
