with SMEs By Frank Tagarira Dreams vs DREAM GOALS By Frank Tagarira IN life we all have dreams. If you never had a dream then I am sorry to say that what I am writing is not for you. I am not talking about those dreams when you are superman or batman in your sleep. I am talking about your dream to achieve and become something in life. It is usually something you cherish with all your heart. It can be an invention, to change something or to develop something. It’s an achievement that will mean a great deal to you. We all want to achieve something in life. “All real wealthy people are money masters. They control money and money doesn’t control them.” The main difference between those who end up achieving their dreams and those who remain dreaming is that those who make it have more than just dreams. They have dream goals. Their dreams are beyond the point of just wishful thinking. Their dreams are definite pulsating desires which are backed by action and lots of perseverance. Notice the words I mentioned in the last sentence above. “Definite, pulsating, desires, action, perseverance”. When dreams become such then they become GOALS hence my term DREAM GOALS. Anyone can have dreams but it takes courage to have dream goals. Dream goals made Nelson Mandela what he is, they made Bill Gates what he is. Men like Nelson Mandela and Bill Gates were not made by their material possessions or popularity. Their dream goals made them who they are. Nelson Mandela is a hero, Bill Gates chairman and shareholder of the wealthiest computer company in the world. In pursuit of their pulsating dreams both men accumulated wealth in the process. This is the essence of Money Mastery Consciousness. It’s not about the money, it’s about achieving your dream goals and wealth comes along with it. Henry Ford once had a dream to invent the now V8 motor. He wanted to produce an engine with an entire eight cylinder cast in one block. No one had done this before and even some of his top engineers doubted this. Ford was so determined to have that engine made. He invested time, money, patience and lots of perseverance into the dream goal until one day when the engine was finally made. Henry Ford is a classical example of a man driven by his ambitions, driven by his dream goals and at the end of the day wealth and fame came along with the realization of his dream goals. Ford’s dream goal was not to have lots of money. He loved engines and automobiles. He had a passion and pulsating dream goal to pioneer the automobile industry and wealth simply came along with the realization of his goals. Ford was not money oriented. He was goal driven. At the end of the day Ford became a true money master. Money became one of his faithful servants that he used to make things happen. True Money Masters know that money is for making things happen. As I am writing this book I do not have material wealth yet. I have a strong pulsating dream goal and I know that in a few years time I will be the envy of mankind. I am not worrying if one day I will have a Cadillac and a house on a hill. I know that in the processes of achieving my life’s dream goal true wealth will come along with the realisation of my goals. All the real wealthy people are money masters. They control money and money doesn’t control them. It has been said time and again that the love of money is the root of all evil. This can be so if one is controlled by money. Money masters are not slaves to money. They understand that money is for making things happen. To them money doesn’t define their success. Their success is measured by achieving their dream goals. Success to them is their way of thinking, materializing in a feasible tangible form. These people end up with so much wealth that they often spend half their lives giving it away to charity. J.D. Rockefeller is a true classical example of this point. In his lifetime he gave away billions to foundations, universities and various charitable organizations. Today the wealthiest man in the world, Bill Gates, single-handedly gives away more money to charity than most countries.
