Tate Samuel Shafiishuna Daniel Nujoma: How honoured is he?

Tate Samuel Shafiishuna Daniel Nujoma: How honoured is he?

In the heart of Etunda, where the earth meets the sky,

A son of the soil, with dreams that could fly.

Samuel Nujoma, with courage so bold,

A beacon of hope, a story retold.

From Ongandjera’s cradle, his spirit took flight,

Navigating storms, through the dark, endless night.

Colonial deceit, a web thick and tight.

So, he forged a path, igniting the light.

With Swapo’s voice, a nation was born,

In the struggle for freedom, the weary were stirred.

He rallied the brave, and called the spirits to rise, In the face of oppression, he opened their eyes.

PLAN was his blueprint, a vision so clear,

To liberate hearts, to conquer the fear.

A revolution of love, of justice, and pride,

For Namibia’s future, he stood side by side.

A father to many, a leader so true,

In the tapestry of history, his intellect broke through.

With every heartbeat, the legacy grows,

In the Land of the Brave, where the wild wind blows.

How honoured is he, this revolutionary son,

For the battles he fought, for the victories won.

In the annals of time, his name shines, Samuel Nujoma, in freedom’s design.

The hero who dared to challenge the game.

In the heart of Namibia, his spirit will dwell,

With each rising sun, tales of courage will swell.

For he forged a new era, where dreams took flight,

In every heartbeat, his legacy ignites.

With voices united, they’ll rise and they’ll sing,

A chorus of hope, on the wings of the wind,

For the hero has shown his people the strength they can claim,

In the dance of the future, they’ll never be the same.

Omakulu ekela oshilya shange.
