• White pepper

• Paprika

• Rosemary

• Windhoek Lager/Soda Water

Preparation

Squeeze one lemon into a small container. Add 2 spoons of vinegar, 2 teaspoons of coriander, 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, 3-5 bayleaves and a glass of Windhoek Lager or Soda Water as preferred. Let the mixture sit for 24 hours.

Pour the mixture into a transparent meatbag. Defrost your turkey, and place it inside the mixture for 12-16 hours at room temperature, or inside a refrigerator at normal temperature (0-5 degrees Celsius).
