Ingredients
Turkey
Vinegar
Lemon
Garlic
Bay leaves
White pepper
Paprika
Coriander
Rosemary
Windhoek Lager/ Soda Water
Brown sugar
Cream
Aromat
Raisins
Preparation
In a bowl, squeeze the juice of one lemon. Add two spoons of vinegar. Add two teaspoons of coriander, one small cup of Windhoek Lager, two teaspoons of brown sugar, three to five bay leaves and mix.
Leave the mixture to stand for 24 hours.
After the time indicated above has elapsed, defrost the turkey. Pour the mixture into a clear meat bag. Place the turkey into the mixture in the meat bag, and allow it to marinate for 12-16 hours in the refrigerator at normal temperature, or in the kitchen at room temperature.
When the time indicated above has elapsed, pre-heat your oven for 10 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
Add garlic, rosemary and Aromat to the turkey. Then stuff raisins with cream inside the turkey.
Bake the turkey at 160 degrees Celsius for two/three hours until nice and crispy.
