Ingredients
Pork ribs
Pumpkin
Peaches
Potatoes
Olive oil
Worchester sauce
Honey
Steak and Chops spice
Coriander
Black pepper, white pepper
Cinnamon
Milk
Preparation
Mix four-six teaspoons of Worcester Sauce, two teaspoons of Steak and Chops spice, one teaspoon full of coriander, one teaspoon full of black pepper, and five teaspoons full of honey.
Smoothly apply the mixture on your pork ribs and leave to marinade for 35 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius at least four minutes before you start baking or barbecuing your pork ribs, whichever of the two cooking methods you prefer.
Reduce the over heat to 145 degrees Celsius, remove the thin membrane covering the rack and continue to bake or barbecue (braai).
Bake or barbecue (braai) for two hours and 30 minutes and then again for 30 minutes.
Your pork ribs will be ready to remove from the heat source.
Mash potatoes
Meanwhile, boil potatoes and when cooked, mash them.
Add milk and salt to a pot and bring to a boil. Then start adding the mash potatoes and stir until smoothly mixed and velvety in texture.
Pumpkin
Add about 6 spoons full of olive oil to a frying pan and when the oil is hot, start frying your pumpkin slices until they become brown or gold. Then add honey and fry for about 5-10 minutes.
Serve your food and garnish your pork ribs with peaches.
Bon Appetit!
