We will end Oshikoto’s thirst – Venaani

OMUTHIYA – Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) presidential candidate McHenry Venaani has promised residents of the Oshikoto region that he will install water pipes in every household if elected to power.

Making the promise during a star rally in Omuthiya on Sunday, he said his government will prioritise water issues.

He said his government will ensure they drill more boreholes and open desalination plants to solve water challenges.

He added that people will not grapple with low water pressure and water that is unfit for human and animal consumption under a PDM administration.

He said they would give people water, as they are the only party that can change and modernise Namibia.

Venaani urged people to vote for them if they want economic liberation and an end to corruption in the Oshikoto region and the whole of Namibia.

“I am urging people of Oshikoto to lend me your votes, as we want to address the real problems faced by the people of the Oshikoto region and the entire Namibia because people are really suffering,” he said.

He highlighted that they have assisted villages in the Zambezi region with water infrastructure.
