WINDHOEK – The Office of the Registrar of the Namibian High Court and Supreme Court has announced the official launch of a brand-spanking new website for superior courts.

In a press release, Elsie Schickerling, the Registrar, said the website will also serve as a portal for the e-Justice system that was developed by the Ministry of Justice.

The new e-Justice system will enable litigants and the judiciary to file civil court records and manage case activities in civil litigation electronically in both the High Court and the Supreme Court.

“Our new Superior Court Website, that can be accessed at http://www.ejustice.moj.na is refreshing and dynamic,” Schickerling said and added, “the launch of our website which co-insides with the 24th independence celebrations may be seen as yet another step towards our vision namely Justice for All.”

She said the website will not only provide the web surfer with information about our courts, but also provides easy access to relevant contact details, court rolls, judgments, applicable legislation, directives, forms and precedents.
