Wheels-4-All setting new trends in pre-owned buying

Home Front Page News Wheels-4-All setting new trends in pre-owned buying

WITH a 20 year plan on the table, and a vision to become the first pre-owned dealership operating on the same high standard as that of a new dealership – the newly launched Wheels-4-All pre-owned vehicle showroom situated along Hosea Kutaku Drive, is aiming to become a market leader and household name in the Namibian automotive industry.

With their official launch last week, followed by Wheels-4-All opening its doors to the public this Monday, they have already delivered their first Mercedes Benz, with a few more models being prepped for eager customers.

The 70% locally manufactured models mixed with 30% import, means that they will offer wide variety and competitive pricing alongside a new trend in pre-owned buying, where the customer drives off with 100% peace of mind.

Woema spoke to an enthusiastic Ernst Thatcher (Marketing Manager), who holds a solid name in the motor trade, spanning six years in new vehicles sales plus eight years in pre-owned vehicle sales. He pointed out that Wheels-4-All are doing things differently, and want to supply the highest standard of customer service, before, during and after the sales is done.

“From the day my customer buys a car from us, he or she will still remain our customer, because I will remain your agent and dealership till you want to buy another car,” said Ernst, explaining that this is the same principal of a new vehicle franchise.

He explained that from the minute a customer drives their vehicle out of his showroom, Wheels-4-All will remain a partner, whether they need to book it in a workshop, get it to a panel beater, or have the car cleaned inside and out.

“We have teamed up with a workshop, panel beaters and a valet service to provide the necessary after sales service for our customer’s vehicles for as long as they need us, ” Ernest said.

“We have also introduced a 100 point vehicle inspection system, a 5,000 service guarantee which saves the customer having to service the vehicle before it leaves the showroom, a 40% tyre tread guarantee, as well as a 6-month battery guarantee on all our vehicles sold,” he added saying, any vehicle out of factory warranty will receive a pre-delivery service as well.

“Further to this, we offer a 1-month or 3,000 delivery warrantees on anything that goes wrong with the vehicle in this time frame, plus the option of a two-year Motorite Warrantee added to the package.”

Ernest has been joined by his team which comprises, Rust Brand (Finance Manager), Frikkie Brand (Sales Manager), Nina Schurz (Accounts/Admin) and Pamwe Shinguadja (Vehicle Documentation/Sales).

Wheels-4-All are  registered for finance with the main  banking institutions such as Bank Windhoek and Standard Bank, who will receive a pre-delivery invoice of the status quo of the vehicle sold, along with the customer upon delivery.

“We want our customers to know that when buying a vehicle from us, we are your agent and dealership, who will take care of your needs with an unrivalled service –  so much so that we will become the number one pre-owned dealership, which we aim to grow into a franchise throughout Namibia. “
